Purchases through www.luxoonline.co.uk must be paid for at time of purchase. We will not ship COD. All shipping costs will be included in the invoice. Luxo Online reserves the right to IMMEDIATELY withhold shipments in the event the customer fails to comply with agreed upon terms of sale.

Cancellations
All orders (including backorders) may be cancelled with no fee prior to shipping. Cancellations must be made by email to sales@luxoonline.co.uk. WE WILL NOT CANCEL AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE OR BY FAX. Limitation of Liability
